NEW-STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETINGS
On Thursday, March 19th, members of the Village of Homer Council and members of the community met to discuss developing a long term strategic plan for Homer with JEO.
The purpose of the meeting was to define long term goals for Homer, and prioritize them.
The meeting lasted for approximately 3 hours, and we would like to thank everyone who invested their time.
The next step will be for JEO to put together a plan for Homer, and deliver it to the group, to make sure it’s what we want for our community. Once the plan has been finalized, it will be published, and show the direction and time frames.
All meetings were open to the public, and posted throughout town. Community feedback was provided each step of the way. Again, we want to thank everyone who participated.
